The legal syndicate agreement is broken up into two parts. The main legal agreement and the owner rules which covers the duties of each owner.

Booking Calendar

Eliminate booking clashes. Book your trip with a simple point and click in a calendar you share with other owners.



Easy Point System

Every member is allocated monthly points in accordance with their ownership. Points can be used to book up to 2 months in advance. Additionally, each member is allocated 'Wildcard' points on an annual basis in accordance with their ownership. These points can be used to book up to 12 months in advance.



Log Book Tracking

Calculate each owner’s usage and fuel for each trip. Create log books automatically and store them for searching at any time.



Service Tracking

Track your boat servicing and log all service activity. Block out service dates automatically on your calendar so your vessel can’t be booked during service periods.



Damage Tracking

Lodge a damage report and archive all reports for future reference.



Member Usage Tracking

Calculate each owner’s usage automatically. Receive a monthly account report with full details.



Member Accounts Report

Get an automatic summary of your account each month.



Email Reporting

Stay up-to-date on your boat movement and plans. Receive an email notification each time an owner makes a booking or logs a damage or service report.



SMS Reporting

Set up SMS reporting on your mobile to receive live reports as they happen.



Protected Share Register

Record the breakdown of ownership on your Boat Equity share register. Provide for disposal of shares to ensure each owner is free to market and sell their ownership in the vessel.
